The VA unit is part of the Environmental and Community Building Administration. Our daily work involves ensuring that our residents receive clean water from their taps and that their wastewater is managed properly and environmentally friendly.

Job Description

As a technical project manager focusing on VA, you will plan, drive, and follow up on VA projects. The projects may involve treatment plants, pipeline networks, and pumping stations. The role requires technical competence, collaboration with contractors, and a focus on sustainable infrastructure. As a technical project manager, you will work independently with significant responsibility.

Your role includes, among other things:

• Project management, leading VA projects with responsibility for time, budget, and quality.
• Technical expertise, ensuring the quality of technical solutions, piping, and VA processes.
• Design and investigation, preparing documentation for procurement, drawings, and technical descriptions.
• Collaborating with VA engineers, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Sustainability and safety, focusing on environmental benefits and crisis preparedness.

As we are a smaller organization, the position will also involve other tasks such as developing renewal plans and handling some customer inquiries.

Your Background

We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree in engineering and experience in project management within VA infrastructure and knowledge of process technology. You are meticulous, communicative in both speech and writing, solution-oriented, and contribute to a good work environment by valuing collaboration and community. We place great importance on your personal qualities.
